How much our machine can save for you?

The common box making use the die cutting or grooving and throw away the four parts like the grey part of the picture.

Waste paper  m=[hxh×B×P]×4   (h:box height B:paper thickness P:paper density m:weight)

For example: A. products height :300mm,paper thickness:2mm, paper density: p=1.3g/cm3

production capacity: 1000pcs

waste paper :m=[hxh×B×p]×4×1000=[30x30×0.2×1.3]×4×1000=936000g=936kg

Sample:

1. It no need cut the four parts paper off and save much paper materials.

2.It use hot melt to make the boxes and no corner tape of the boxes, which not only make high quality boxes but also high efficient of boxes.

3. The production capacity is around 30 boxes/min. But the actual speed of the machine depends on the sizes of the boxes.
